1. Who we are

This site is run by Grid047, a web studio in Nairobi, Kenya, operated by Vincent Muchoki Wambui. You can reach us at vincentmuchoki@outlook.com.

2. Using this website

You may use the site to learn about our work and to contact us. Please do not:

• try to reach parts of the site or the server that you are not meant to reach
• overload the site or interfere with how it works
• use the contact form to send spam, harmful files or unlawful content
• copy the site and present it as your own

The first two may be offences under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.

3. Content and ownership

The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to Grid047 unless stated otherwise (Copyright Act, 2001). You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.

Names, logos and screenshots of client work belong to those clients. We show them only to illustrate our work.

4. Working with us

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A project starts only when you approve a quote we send you. The quote sets out what we will do, the price, the timeline, how payment works, and when ownership of the finished work passes to you. If the quote and this site differ, the quote applies.

Hosting and care, if you choose them, are also set out in the quote.

5. What we do not promise

We build sites so that search engines can read them. We do not promise any search ranking, number of visitors or sales. The examples on this site show what we have built. Results for your business depend on your business.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp and to client sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or faults. Its content is general information, not professional advice.

8. Liability

To the extent Kenyan law allows, Grid047 is not liable for loss that results from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law, or any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If we disagree, please contact us first so we can try to settle it. If we cannot, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
